Hello Eagle Artists!!
How are you today? I think it is going to be a very good day to create! This Wednesday is Earth Day so this week in the art room we are doing Earth Day Art Week! Here’s what we have going on in the Eagle Art Room this week...
Sketchbook Prompt: Create an Earth Day poster. Celebrate the Earth and keeping her clean and healthy! Hang your poster up so everyone does their part to take care of our earth! Have fun!
Happy Heart Hunt! Keep making hearts and window art!! You could make the earth out of hearts!
Art at Home week 4: This week we are learning about Piet Mondrian. Many of you have already learned about Mondrian and done projects inspired by his work. You will enjoy this even more because of that!
Art Challenge: This week your challenge is to make upcycled art. That means instead of tossing your plastic and cardboard into the recycling bin use it to create something new and creative. Watch the video for lots of ideas! I am so excited to see what you come up with! Email your pictures to me! Rebecca.grover@pwssd.k12.wi.us

They took on the earth day challenge and painted aluminum seltzer cans. These are going to become wind chimes.
